Problem: Outdated technological infrastructure of the current electronic voting system of the University of Minho, which entails additional maintenance costs and conditions future developments and integration.
Goal: Development of a new electronic voting system (eVotUM), which allows not only the formal holding of elections in the academic field through the network, but also the holding of referendums to gather opinions on issues relevant to the community.
Solution: UI/UX Design of the new system accessible to the entire community of the University of Minho (UMinho), for the various categories of its users (system administrators, electoral commissions and voters).
